- language.md: Text-to-speech section, audio_convert, arr.shuffle(),
wx_textctrl_create_multiline -- all shipped in 1.1 but undocumented.
- bytecode.md: append-only native table, dotted native names, the method
tables (builtin, array, static), and how break/continue, negative
global literals and handle == nil compile with no new opcodes.
- tools/docs_to_classicpress.py converts with pandoc (gfm) instead of the
Python markdown package.
